Poinciana ParkwayThe new Poinciana Parkway, set to begin construction early 2014, will not only account for less traffic jams, but will offer a streamlined 10-mile parkway from Solivita to Orlando. This will allow for much faster and easier access to Solivita the premier over-55 community and allow those with part-time jobs in Orlando a much easier commute.

The new Poinciana Parkway will allow direct access to all that the city of Orlando has to offer. Known for being the host city to Disneyworld, Orlando offers much more than just the happiest place on earth. Orlando is rich in history and culture; it offers numerous shopping, restaurant, and outdoor activities, and as a destination hotspot, it is a great place to meet up with friends and visiting family members. From weddings and golf, to spending the day with the grandchildren, Orlando has it all.

The easier access will be a welcome addition to the community of Solivita and Poinciana also with the new Poinciana MedicalĀ  Center that opened just this year. The Medical Center is located right at the main entrance to Solivita on Cypress Parkway.

The two-lane toll road will include a bridge and allow easier access to the I-4, should your travels involve use of the Interstate. With over 300,000 residents in Osceola County, the expressway will provide an additional means of travel and allow the flow of traffic to move at a consistent and fluid pace. The new parkway will allow you to spend more time doing the things you enjoy and less time traveling.
