Heritage Hills Community Full of Great Opportunities

The Heritage Hills Active Adult Community, run by Lennar, which has crafted many incredible, award-winning communities in varied states, has many wonderful amenities and commodities. The community, in Clermont, Fla., is known for its distinctive homes, carefree living, and friendly atmosphere. Heritage Hills offers may sports programs, a golf simulator and a real golf green, an olive garden, and more. One of the most unique features of the community is their vineyard. The Heritage Hills Clermont Vineyard is a new feature that will eventually be run and maintained by the residents. The goal is to eventually make wine from the grapes raised out of the Vineyard. Some of the products of the Vineyard have already received local awards.

Heritage HillsThe community is advertised as a gated, Mediterranean style area, close to many useful markets and shopping centers, and surrounded by rolling green hills. At the center of the community is the Heritage Hills Clubhouse, which is 19,000 square feet in size. There are many activities available in the clubhouse, including ballroom dancing. There is also an art studio and opportunities for sports and arts and crafts in the community, and many walking trails with lots of open space for residents to spend their time in.

There are two kinds of homes in Heritage Hills, the smaller Congressional Collection and the larger Presidential Collection. Over 1000 homes are available in total, with various requests open, such as for granite tabletops and three-car garages.

Clermont, the city in which Heritage Hills is located, also offers many opportunities for recreation. There is a local golf course, the Lake Louisa State Park, the Presidents’ Hall of Fame, various other vineyards, and the Showcase of Citrus, where residents can pick their own oranges. Clermont is also half an hour drive from Orlando, which offers even more to see and do, including Walt Disney World, for any grandchildren that might be visiting.

For those interested, Heritage Hills offers a Play Away program, which allows potential residents to stay in the community for a short time, to “play without pay”, in order to experience the community first hand. The Play Away program runs for three days and two nights, with lunch and dinner provided. During the program, there is a Community, Club, and Model tour with a Lennar New Home Consultant, VIP club access, an available discounted round of golf, a free fireworks show every night courtesy of Disney’s nearby park, and more.
